當你瀏覽、註冊、登入或以其他方式使用 GENX（例如 iamko.org），即表示你閱讀並同意受本服務條款約束；如不同意，請勿使用本服務。本服務亦受我們的私隱政策規範（個人資料處理）。
By accessing, registering for, logging into, or otherwise using GENX (e.g. at iamko.org), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy governs personal data processing.

GENX 為非官方愛好者向工具，與 Beyblade／爆旋陀螺或其品牌持有人、授權商或賽事主辦無關，亦未獲其認可。公開之零件／產品資料僅供參考，可能不完整或有誤。
本服務按「現狀」及「可用範圍」提供，我們得隨時更改、暫停或終止任何功能，無須事先通知。
GENX is an unofficial hobbyist tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Beyblade or brand owners, licensors, or tournament organisers. Catalog information is for reference only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or stop any feature without prior notice.
3. 使用資格與帳戶
3. Eligibility & accounts
- 你聲明你有法律能力同意本條款；若你未達法定同意年齡，請由家長／監護人協助並同意後方可使用涉及帳戶之功能。
- 你須對登入憑證及帳戶活動負責；發現未經授權使用時請即通知我們： crazyko2002@gmail.com。
- 提供虛假資料、公用／共享帳戶作濫用用途、或規避安全機制者，我們得暫停或終止該帳戶。
- You represent that you have capacity to agree to these Terms.
- You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. Report unauthorised access to crazyko2002@gmail.com.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used abusively or in breach of these Terms.
4. 可接受使用

- 不得違法、侵害他人權利、騷擾、歧視、散布惡意程式、或進行未經授權之自動大量請求（scraping／攻擊）。
- 不得試圖破壞、干擾本服務或他人資料之完整性或可用性。
- 你對你於本服務提交或發佈之內容（例如攻略文字）自行負責，並須確保有權利授予下文第 5 條之授權。
- No unlawful use, infringement, harassment, malware, or unauthorised bulk/automated abuse.
- No interference with the service or others’ data integrity or availability.
- You are responsible for content you submit (e.g. guides) and warrant you may grant the licence in Section 5.
5. 使用者內容與授權
5. User content & licence
若你於本服務上載、發佈或以其他方式提供內容（例如社群攻略），在你與適用法令允許範圍內，你授予營運者一項全球性、非獨佔、免版稅之許可，使我們得以託管、重製、公開傳輸、展示及為營運／改善服務所需之方式處理該等內容。你保留其他權利；若你刪除帳戶或內容，我們將在合理可行範圍內停止公開展示，惟備份或法令保留要求除外。
Where permitted by law, you grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transmit, display, and process your submitted content (e.g. community guides) as needed to run and improve the service. You retain other rights; after deletion we will cease public display where feasible, subject to backups or legal retention.

本服務可能整合或連結至第三方（例如 Supabase、Vercel、Google 登入、AI 供應商）。該等第三方受其各自條款約束；你與第三方之關係由你自行承擔。
The service may integrate or link to third parties (e.g. Supabase, Vercel, Google sign-in, AI providers). Their terms apply to their services; your relationship with them is between you and them.

在法律允許之最大程度內，營運者不就本服務之準確性、可商售性、特定用途適用性、不中斷或無錯誤等作任何明示或默示保證。你基於自身判斷使用資料（包括對戰／採購／組合決策）。
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. You rely on information at your own risk.
8. 責任限制
8. Limitation of liability
在法律允許範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本服務所引起或與之相關之任何間接、附带、特別、後果性或懲罰性損害，或利潤／資料遺失，營運者概不負責；營運者就所有申索之總責任，以過去十二（12）個月內你為本服務已付費用總額為上限（若本服務免費提供，則以零或法律允許之最低金額為準）。
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if the service is free, this may be zero or the minimum permitted by law).
9. 暫停與終止

若你違反本條款或我們合理認為有必要保障服務或使用者，我們得限制、暫停或終止你的存取。你可隨時停止使用；亦得依第三方身分供應商／我們提供之方式停用帳戶。
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you breach these Terms or we reasonably need to protect the service or users. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. 條款修訂
10. Changes
我們可不時修訂本條款；更新後版本將刊登於本頁並載明生效日期。你若在修訂後繼續使用本服務，即視為接受新版本。
We may revise these Terms; updates will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. 準據法與管轄（概要）
11. Governing law (summary)
除強制性法律另有要求外，本條款之解釋與適用以香港特別行政區法律為準；任何爭議應提交香港法院之非專屬管轄（或營運者日後公告之其他安排）。若你有其他司法轄區之強制消費者保護，該等規定仍可能適用。
Unless mandatory laws provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes may be brought in the courts of Hong Kong (non-exclusive jurisdiction), subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
